Do you agree to this model release for your images used in any marketing for Tara Starr Photography such as website, social media or printed marketing materials- Yes or no? (It is ok to respond "no" if you don't want your images online)

Do you understand your images will be sent to you via downloadable gallery that also gives you the option for easy, professional print ordering through the Zenfolio website link. If there is a size print or product you don't see, let me know and I can usually add it in!

Do you understand that images/digital files are not allowed to be edited/altered in anyway?

Do you understand that Tara Starr Photography can not be held responsible for the print quality of any consumer lab that I do not recommend. Any drug stores or most online labs that send your images to a local drugstores will 100% print with terrible colors. My professional lab is linked to the gallery for easy access or I can recommend a good consumer lab.

You agree that the session fee retainer of $100 formally books your session and the total session balance, as stated on your invoice, is to be paid by the date of the session via online payment, cash or check. If you are a no show for the session you forfeit the session retainer. If rescheduling the session is needed do you agree to give as much notice as possible.
