Wilmington Dance Academy Recital Picture Days will take place on May 15th & 16th.

*YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER FOR INDIVIDUAL AND SIBLING/BUDDY PHOTOS. DO NOT REGISTER FOR GROUP PHOTOS ONLY, JUST SHOW UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE GROUP PHOTOS IF YOU CHOSE TO.

*PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM EXACTLY AS STATED. IT BECOMES INCREDIBLY HARD TO RUN SMOOTLHY WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT COSTUMES YOU WANT YOUR DANCER’S PHOTOS TAKEN IN.

*WE DON’T WANT TO MISS TAKING ANY PHOTOS, BUT IF WE DO NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW, THIS IS POSSIBLE. PLEASE HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR DANCER SO THEY ALSO KNOW WHAT COSTUMES YOU WANT THEM TO TAKE INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS IN.

*THERE ARE A LOT OF KIDS AND A LOT OF COSTUMES. THANK YOU!

Please submit this form by SUNDAY MAY 3rd. (You will not get a confirmation email, but you will be all set.)

Individual photos will ONLY be taken in costumes you register for.

PLEASE ENTER STYLE OF DANCE & SONG/PIECE NAME.

EX: Tap- Rasputin, Acro- Surf’s Up, Kindrerdance- The Codfish Ball

Please be as descriptive as possible with what they are wearing in any buddy photos. EX: Mary Smith in Yellow Tap Costume with Jenny Smith in Blue Ballet Costume. Do not count on the kids to know the day of, there is always confusion.

Full Payment will be made when placing photo orders 2-4 weeks after photo day. The entire studio will receive a link when they are ready.
